Product Description
Yamaha A-S3200 integrated amplifier is the flagship amp in Yamaha’s new A-S series. It’s a step up from its siblings with 170 watts of power per channel, OFC terminals and high-quality PPS film capacitor. This amp captures Yamaha’s signature expressive sound and a long legacy of exceptional hi-fi. Available in stunning silver finish (black is now discontinued).
Emotive Music
To capture the music and the emotive qualities just as the artist intended it to be hear is an instrumental part of Yamaha’s philosophy. The A-S3200 features high end components designed to aid in this faithful reproduction of music. A large toroidal transformer minimises flux leakage and energy loss allowing the integrated amp to perform to its full ability, with a dynamic and musical expression.
PC-Triple C Wires
Similar to the A-S2200, the A-S3200 features PC-Triple C speaker wires created using an complex forging processes which allows the wires to be more linear by default. This provides a far smoother audio signal, which aids in the accurate reproduction of music. Such integrity in the audio signal along with the low impedance, low loss design preserves the faithfulness of the original recording. Doing so achieves an open and natural soundstage.
Fully Balanced
As well as featuring the range’s Mechanical Ground Concept, the A-S3200 has a fully balanced circuitry which yields countless acoustic benefits. This being a very low signal-to-noise ratio for the quietest quiet moments in a music passage and greater channel separation for a convincingly realistic performance.
Connectivity
As the flagship model, the A-S3200 eclipses the other amps in terms of connectivity. As well as five RCA inputs, including phono input, it features two balanced XLR inputs compared to the A-2200’s singular connection. It’s a bigger amp, crafted in a gorgeous silver casing and displays the pulse of the music on the gorgeous dimly lit VU level meter on the front panel.
