Initially founded in 1973, the company's first product was a standalone phono preamplifier which used a Class A mode and was considered revolutionary at the time. Throughout the years, the company experienced a lot of growth and success with their power amplifiers, CD-Transports and DAC's.

Today, PS Audio have an large product catalogue that is continuously evolving. Some of their modern products include power components such as AC Regenerators, Conditioners and Power cables which deliver clean, clear regenerated power with low noise and distortion levels to your equipment to improve the performance and sound quality.

Founded by Ole Witthoft, who dreamt up System Audio simply on the back of trying to find some incredible loudspeakers of his own. Being a musician, Ole knew exactly what he was looking for and how the audio should sound. In his own words “If you do not hear the details of the sound or sense the feeling because the reproduction is too poor, then you will never experience how exciting music can be.” Solely focussed on finding the best sound possible to meet his own standards, Ole decided to build his very own loudspeakers. Within a matter of years System Audio’s speakers were in high demand and the rest is history. Ole Witthoft still works to ensure the sound is the best it can be to this day, as head of System Audio’s R/D department!
