Product Description
QED XT25 Pre-Terminated speaker cables are ready to use straight out of the box. The XT25 is designed with QED’s most advanced cable technology to deliver to the best, most accurate sound possible.
Terminated and Ready to Go
These cables are ideal for most systems with lengths starting from 2 metres up to 5 metres. They are pre-terminated, which means the plugs are already fitted, so you can plug in and go straight form the box.
Airloc Forte Plugs
QED’s Airloc cold weld system makes this cable highly durable with a high contact, long-lasting join between the plugs and cable.
X-Tube Technology
The XT25 uses QED's highly-acclaimed X-Tube cable technology to allow a near-linear signal transfer at treble frequencies for greater detail and a realistic sound, this can’t be found in most conventional cables, which fail to conduct high frequencies uniformly across the entire conductor area because of the greater resistance.
Pure copper for detailed sound
QED’s XT20 uses 99.999% oxygen-free copper cable to provide an ultra low resistance, which makes delivers a purer sound. An audio signal degrades of the resistance is too high and it also makes the cable suitable for longer cable runs, with far less quality loss over longer lengths.
Low-Loss Dielectric
QED use low-loss dielectric materials such as Polyethylene (PE) or Teflon (PTFE) in preference to cheaper PVC alternatives, which are found in inferior unbranded cables, to improve the dielectric’s separation of the send and return conductors, to improve the fidelity of the sound you hear.
