Product Description
Pro-Ject T1 Phono SB Turntable is one of two upgraded models over the standard T1 model allowing you the flexibility to pay for only the features you use and is equipped with detachable RCA leads and phono or line-level output. This is the right model for you if you need built-in phono stage and push-button speed change but not the Bluetooth wireless audio module.
T-Series
The T-Line exhibits Pro-Ject’s vision of affordable audiophile turntables for music lovers. T1 has a plug-and-play configuration coupled with industry-leading sonics and premium-grade materials used throughout.
CNC Plinth
T1 incorporates a stylish CNC-machined plinth with zero plastic parts and is built meticulously to reduce hollow spaces inside and prevent undesired vibrations. Inside the plinth, a precision belt drive is mounted to a novel design sub-platter which is made to optimal tolerances allowing stable mounting into the bearing; this same design is found on the multi-award winning Essential III turntable. The sub-platter drives the heavy, 0-resonance glass platter with utter stability creating an ideal surface for vinyl record playback.
Tonearm
The new 8.6” toneram model has a bigger one-piece aluminium tube and better gimble bearing assembly with low-friction parts for complete accuracy in use. An Ortofon OM 5E cartridge with elliptical diamond stylus is mounted for great acoustics and the tonearm is pre-set for downforce and anti-skate settings so there's no complicated set-up straight out of the box.
Connectors
The detachable RCA leads included are precisely shielded, semi-symmetrical, low-capacitance phono cables. A detachable dust cover is also supplied. T1 comes in Gloss Black, Matte Walnut or Matte White finishes.
