In contrast to the usual single RCA (mono) connection from subwoofer to AV receiver, the "high level" cable allows connection from MJ Acoustics subwoofer to speaker output terminals on your amplifier, which in some cases is a preferred solution. In all cases however, MJ Acoustics subwoofers also feature a single, standard RCA (mono) output.
