The Klipsch Detroit Wireless Speaker is the largest Bluetooth speaker in the range. It has dual 1” tweeters as well as two 3” woofers. As a result, the sound is remarkably punchy for such a compact unit. Connection is easy with the Klipsch app and there are customizable EQ settings. Moreover, the battery has 20 hours of playtime. Lastly broadcast mode allows for the connection of up to 10 other Bluetooth speakers.

What is broadcast mode?
Broadcast mode sends a signal via Bluetooth to up to ten other Klipsch speakers. Notably, the Detroit makes a good master speaker that can be sent to the smaller Austin speakers. Firstly pair the Detroit with your phone. Next, hold the plus and Bluetooth mode buttons together for two seconds.
This puts the unit into broadcast mode. Lastly do the same with the other speakers to connect them to the master unit. Each speaker will then play the same source.
