Prestige Facet Sub 8
Subwoofers are fundamental to a home cinema installations and feature a 26cm driver mounted in a bass-reflex configuration. It produces a significant amount of sound pressure and offers a tangible listening experience. Elipson Sub8's sleekly designed cabinet derives exclusive technologies from the Prestige Facet family and comes in black, white or walnut. The ultra-linear frequency response ranges from 35Hz to 150Hz (± 3 dB).
Double-Layer lacquer
Aesthetic quality relies on the cabinet design and high craftsmanship standard while optimal damping factor is ensured as the acousticians have chosen porous materials for frequency ranges and absorption coefficient. The front panels are reinforced with a more robust panel for increased inertia. The lacquered front panel is the perfect finishing touch to the meticulously designed visual of these speakers. Sculpted silicone surrounds
The multifaceted, sculpted silicone surround ring reduce diffractions and lower the baffle effect. The frequency response curve is therefore more gradual and the listening experience more comfortable. The bass-reflex port below the subwoofer enhances the diffusion of low and infrabass frequencies throughout the whole listening room regardless of where the sub is placed. The integrated Class D amp delivers 150W of power while the driver diameter and performance ensure Elipson SUB8 completes your home cinema installation with all the intensity desired by the Seventh Art.
Steep crossover filter
A vital part of the speaker, the filters are meticulously designed for musicality and transparency. It results from a long R&D process requiring numerous hours of listening, the filters produce a visually new Elipson sound. Premium-quality components like MKT (Metallized Polyester Capacitors), metal oxide resistors and low DC resistance inductors (DCR), are employed for lossless power transmission.
