The Croft Phono Integrated essentially combines a Croft Series 7 amplifier with a Micro 25 pre amplifier and phono stage. This allows you to enjoy the convenience of a one-box amplifier while also allowing you to enjoy playback of your vinyl record collection. Utilising the same Croft chassis as the other models in the Croft range, and the same superb sounding hybrid design, the Phono Integrated offers an ideal compromise between valve sound and solid state power and control.
It is a well-held principle in hi-fi that using separate power and pre amplifiers results in superior sound quality than combining them in one box. However, the Croft Phono Integrated offers the convenience of a once box setup with almost no audible difference from the two box setup. Therefore, the Croft Phono Integrated is an impressive value and convenient solution for those who prefer an integrated over a multi-box setup.
A hybrid design which uses 1 ECC83 valve for the input and high quality Mosfets for the output. Not a lightweight at 45-50W rms and very stable, capable of driving a wide variety of loudspeakers even those which present challenging loads.

This amp is just amazing. It outperforms fancy looking competitors from 2000-3000 price range. I bought it for its phono stage. I used Naim and Quad amps before and this one puts them to shame. All the best mr Croft!
