Covid-19 Updates

The safety of our customers and staff is of the highest priority. Due to the ongoing situation with coronavirus (covid-19), we are making some changes to the way we work and operate. Last update: 25th August 2020.

Delivery as normal

We are still delivering orders as normal. When your order ships you will receive tracking details. For UK shipments, couriers now have procedures in place to ensure deliveries are as safe as possible. Drivers can sign the hand reader for you and follow your instructions from behind your front door to leave the box on the doorstep and then move back to a safe distance. Couriers are reporting very high service levels, but please allow an extra day or two for delivery. Most staff are working from home, although we have key staff working from our warehouse who drive to work, keep 2 metres apart and are wearing gloves and face masks for extra safety. Showroom

Our showroom has re-opened on an appointment only basis. You need to book a demo ahead of time - click here to contact us and we'll reply to confirm. Only 1 person will be admitted during your booked demo time and you must wear a mask (for rules on face coverings, please see government info here). We have hand sanitiser dispensers and will maintain social distancing during your visit. Unfortuantely we are unable to allow customers to use the toilet and are unable to offer demos on headphones until further notice.

Home Trials with our 30-day money back guarantee

If you are unable to visit us, you can still order online. Most items include our 30 day money back guarantee. Order online, we'll ship your order to you (free UK delivery on everything and low international rates at checkout) and you have 30 days in which to return it for a refund if you change your mind.

Part exchange/trade ins

We are still quoting and accepting your old equipment on part exchange/trade in. To trade in your old equipment, please contact us for a quote.

Returns and warranty repairs

On receipt of your item, the processing time to initiate repairs is usually 2-3 working days, but please allow 7 working days currently. Once your item is returned to the supplier for repair please bear with us as some suppliers are still catching up with warranty repairs from during lockdown. Repairs are therefore taking longer than normal but we are doing everything we can to complete repairs as swiftly as possible.
