Covid-19 Updates

The safety of customers and staff is our highest priority. Due to the ongoing situation with coronavirus (covid-19), we are making some changes to the way we work and operate. Last update: 1st July 2022.

Delivery as normal

We are delivering online orders as normal. When your order ships you will receive tracking details. Couriers have procedures in place to ensure deliveries are as safe as possible. In most cases, drivers can sign the hand reader for you and follow your instructions from behind your door to leave the box on the ground and move back to a safe distance. Couriers are reporting high service levels, but please allow an extra day or two for delivery. Most staff are working from home, although we have key staff working from our warehouse who drive to work, practice social distancing, regularly clean their hands and wear gloves and face masks for extra safety. Most items online include our 30 day money back guarantee. Order online, we'll ship your order to you (free UK delivery on everything and low international rates at checkout) and you have 30 days in which to return it for a refund if you change your mind.

Showroom is open

Our showroom has re-opened during normal hours (Monday to Saturday) but we encourage you to make an appointment to ensure our demo areas are available. Please contact us before travelling to arrange an appointment during opening hours and we can also ensure what you want to demo is ready for your visit. Can I still collect my order?

We offer FREE UK delivery and recommend accepting your order by courier delivery. We are now accepting customer collections again by prior arrangement only.

We can still arrange part exchanges/trade ins against your old equipment. For a quote, please contact us

Returns and warranty repairs

On receipt of your item, please allow a little longer for processing (7-14 working days rather than our usual 2-3 working days) as we only have essential staff on site. If your item needs to be returned to our supplier for repair, please bear with us as some suppliers are also operating with fewer staff and repairs may take longer than usual, although we will do everything we can to turnaround returns as swiftly as possible.
