Covid-19 Updates

The safety of our customers and staff is of the highest priority. Due to the ongoing situation with coronavirus (covid-19), we are making some temporary changes to the way we work and operate.

Delivery as normal

We are still delivering orders as normal. When your order ships you will receive tracking details. For UK shipments, DPD have procedures in place to ensure deliveries are as safe as possible. Drivers can sign the hand reader for you and follow your instructions from behind your front door to leave the box on the doorstep and then move back to a safe distance for you to open your door and bring in the package. UPS, FedEx and TNT also have similar arrangements in place to ensure international deliveries are also as safe as possible. Couriers are also reporting very high service levels across the board, but please allow an extra day or two for delivery. Read more about delivery.


As per government advice, our showroom is temporarily closed for demonstrations and visitors. We will be shipping all customer orders and not accepting customer collections. We appreciate this means you can't try before you buy but you have the benefit of our 30 day money back guarantee (see below). Our staff are available by phone, email and live chat during opening hours. Most staff are working from home now although we have two key staff working from our warehouse who drive into work alone and are wearing gloves and face masks for extra safety.

We appreciate our showroom being closed means you can't "try before you buy" in person. However you are still covered by our 30 day money back guarantee. Order online, we'll ship your order to you and you have 30 days in which to return it for a refund if you change your mind.

Part exchange/trade ins

We are still quoting and accepting your old equipment on part exchange/trade in, however we cannot accept any goods in person until further notice. For any orders with part exchanges/trade ins, please contact us to arrange us to collect these items by courier.

Returns and warranty repairs

We are still working from our office/warehouse, however half our team is working from home so please bear with us during this period, there may be slight delays in dealing with returns and warranty repairs but we will do our best as per normal to resolve these as soon as possible.

Finally and importantly, thank you to all of our customers. We will do our utmost to offer the very best deals and service during this situation and if it helps to get something delivered to you that will make self-isolating a little easier, we'll do everything we can to help. We have good stock holdings, many of our suppliers are still open and we're all working together to ensure your order arrives with you as swiftly as possible.
