Coronavirus (Covid-19): The safety of customers and staff is our highest priority. Our showroom is temporarily closed to visitors. However, orders are still shipping as normal and our staff are still available by phone, email and livechat during opening hours. Order online now and DPD have their own arrangements in place to ensure UK deliveries are as safe as possible and UPS, FedEx and TNT have their own arrangements in place for international deliveries. We're more than just a website and we don't operate from a house or someone's back bedroom, we have a fully stocked 3-floor hi-fi showroom with expert sales staff ready to welcome you for a demonstration (please call before travelling and we'll have the equipment set-up when you arrive). We have a wide selection of music (and invite you to bring your own) and offer a fresh and welcoming take on a modern hi-fi shop where we encourage you to take your time. Whether it takes one demo or five demos to find the hi-fi, speakers, headphones or home cinema set-up you want, we're here to help.
Our showroom exists for YOU, so you can try before you buy, so please don't be shy about visiting us. Our showroom includes free tea, Nespresso coffee, refreshments, along with incentives like 0% finance and generous part exchanges for your old hi-fi equipment.

Our showroom is 10 minutes walk from Birmingham New Street Train Station, 8 minutes walk from the Bullring shopping centre, 5 minutes walk from National Express Coach station, 3 minutes walk from the HMV Institute and 2 minutes walk from the Custard Factory car park on Digbeth High Street or the car park on Heath Mill Lane.

Please note: Saturday opening is showroom and sales lines only. Our customer services department is open Monday to Friday only. While our sales staff will do their best to answer any current order queries by phone on Saturdays, queries sent directly to customer services will be replied to Monday.
If you can't visit during these hours, ask us to open late!
We will happily open late for you if you can't visit during normal opening hours. We're so busy online that we may be working a little late some days anyway, so its no trouble to setup a demo for you at 6pm, 7pm or 8pm in the evening. Just give us a call to arrange.
