Product Description

Yamaha RX-V383 AV Receiver has a discrete 5.1-channel amplifier design with built-in Bluetooth for wireless music playback, stunning HDCP 2.2 4K Ultra HD video, HDR, BT.2020 compatibility and automatic YPAO calibration for maximum performance.

Bluetooth

Bluetooth equipped, RX-V383 offers wireless music playback from smartphones and other devices. Compressed Music Enhancer is optimised for Bluetooth audio to ensure vivid and lively sound quality during wireless playback.

Full 4K Ultra HD

4K video transmission at 60 frames per second pass-through lets you enjoy HD video quality without degradation. It also supports HDR Video including Dolby Vision and Hybrid Log-Gamma for incredible contrast, smooth tone and rich, bright colours as well as the wider colour gamut of BT.2020 pass-through.

Discrete Amp

Designed with a strong focus on achieving exceptionally high sound clarity, RX-V383 employs a discrete amp configuration and a low-jitter PLL circuit, which contribute to excellent audio performance. It fully supports latest HDMI standards and is also compatible with 3D, Audio Return Channel and CEC for easy operation.

YPAO Sound

YPAO takes into consideration that every room is different. It analyses the room acoustics and adjusts various audio parameters for optimum sound in just a few minutes.

Cinema DSP

This AV Receiver supports playback of HD Audio providing natural and expansive sound imaging. It transforms the dynamics of the listening environment so even when it is impossible to install surround speakers, virtual 5-channel sound is reproduced via only two front speakers.

Rich Bass

Yamaha exclusive low-range enhancement technology delivers richer bass while maintaining good localisation and sound balance even with compact front speakers. When a subwoofer is used, it improves the volume of the entire low range of the speaker system. You'll enjoy audio and video with exceptional power and presence.

Sound Imaging

The Subwoofer Trim Control enhances the low frequencies by avoiding any overlap with the front speaker output that pushes the overall sound toward the sub. By separating the low subwoofer frequencies cleanly, the front stage is stabilised while providing a well-balanced enhanced bass sound.
