Product Description

The Pro-Ject Stereo Box S is a proper integrated hi-fi amplifier in a miniature enclosure that matches other items in Pro-Ject's Box series, with 20W available - enough for most modest sized bookshelf speakers. Simple and purist, this amplifier is designed to sound big but is physically very small...

It's actually amazing how small this amplifier really is - little more than the size of a wallet. Its the perfect choice if you want a proper hi-fi amplifier in a very small space.

- Metal case shields the electronics from vibrational and electromagnetic interference
- Gold plated RCA connection sockets
- Outboard power supply included
- Available in Black (pictured) or Silver

Press Reviews

  • The price-cut has had a bigger effect than the component upgrades, but this ‘S’ variation is worth investigation. Sound-wise, the Stereo Box S is a combination of ‘startlingly efficient’ and ‘quite aggravating’. But for a shade under £200, and with dimensions similar to those of a deck of playing cards, the Pro-Ject is a useful option for anyone with a hankering for a compact desk-top set-up.
