How can I earn loyalty points?
You earn loyalty points on every order you place on this website. Each product shows you on the product page how many loyalty points you can earn when you order (see image below). Essentially, for each £1 you spend, you earn 1 loyalty point. One pence is added to the loyalty points total in your account for every 2 points you collect (this system and value is the same as some of the UK's biggest loyalty point cards).
So, for example, if you spend £500, you'll earn 500 loyalty points which can be used against £2.50 on future orders. When you earn loyalty points, the points will be added to your account and can be redeemed against a future purchase.
Why did we launch loyalty points? Despite us checking our prices daily to ensure we're offering the best deals online, we want to reward you for your loyalty when you order with us again in future and this is our way of saying thanks and reducing the cost of your future orders. Remember though, you can only use loyalty points if you create an account at checkout, so this is a good incentive to create an account with us.
The more you spend, the more loyalty points you'll earn to use against future orders.

Collecting and using Loyalty Points
Loyalty points are saved onto your account for use against a future purchase. They do not expire and they can not be exchanged for cash. Once you have collected loyalty points, when you visit this website to order again, they will appear at checkout and can be redeemed against your order.
Where can I collect Audio Affair loyalty points?
You can only earn Audio Affair loyalty points by placing an order on this website with a successful payment. Unfortunately we are unable to apply loyalty points to your account for orders on third party websites such as Amazon or eBay.
Have our prices changed for the launch of loyalty points?
No. We continue to monitor our competitors and check prices daily to ensure we are offering the very best deals. However, if you do spot better from another authorised retailer, please contact us and we'll do our best to beat it and give you an additional discount for trying us!
What happens if I cancel my order?
If you cancel your order, the loyalty points earned will be removed from your account. Furthermore, if you use your loyalty points earned on a past order against a future order and then cancel the original order, we reserve the right to refund the original order less the value of the loyalty points (this is to remove any possibility form a small minority of shoppers who may attempt to place a very large order, earn loyalty points which are then redeemed against another order and then attempt to get their full money back on the original order - essentially an attempt to get the second order for free).
In cases where anyone attempts to trick the system by placing successive orders which are then cancelled to try and retain loyalty points on your account or for anything other than what we deem as fair use in this regard, we reserve the right to reject any orders where loyalty points collected have been used and/or to charge a fee on any refund equal to the value of the loyalty points plus a £20 admin charge. We hope this very small minority of online orderers won't attempt to spoil it for everyone else - this loyalty points scheme is designed to give something back to genuine customers in return for their loyalty.
What to do if loyalty points do not show in your account?
While we extensively tested our new loyalty points scheme prior to its launch, its possible something may go wrong in the early stages. Please email us feedback to feedback(at)audioaffair.co.uk and we will address the problem as soon as possible.
Changes are made to these terms and conditions may be made at any time and without prior notice, although we will endeavour to update you by newsletter should they change. While loyalty points do not expire, this scheme is initially a trial due to run for July and August 2015 and we reserve the right to end this scheme at any time, although we hope to continue this scheme indefinitely.
