Product Description

DLA-X7900 3D THX Projector features an exception 1900 lumen brightness, proprietary 4K e-Shift5 technology and an ultimate dynamic contrast ratio of 1,300,000:1.

Proprietary D-ILA

The 6th generation device, which has an even narrower gap between pixels achieves brighter images rich with contrast. X7900 complements ultra-high 4K resolution for precision image expression with almost zero screen-door effect.

Incoming signals are examined using a patented algorithm combined with Intelligent Lens Aperture which mechanically governs the black level. Sensation 4K Video is delivered with ultra realism thanks to the synergetic effect of the UDR stemming from high brightness.

Memory Zoom

Nine memory zoom-programmable presets for separate lens alterations for zoom, shift and focus that can be easily evoked when required. At the touch of a button, transform 1.78:1 black border movies to a full-size cinemascope when using a 2.35:1 projection screen.

Hybrid Log-Gamma

Hybrid Log-Gamma is a TV broadcasts standard that offers a vast improvement in quality for a more realistic visual experience that will immerse you further into the picture, allowing you to enjoy TV broadcasts like never before.

Motion Image Processing

Through the use of two original technologies, X7900 reduces ghosting and afterimage effects for a crisper image. Clear Motion Drive and Motion Enhance work harmoniously to control the movie characterists especially in fast-paced scenes.

4K e-shift5

4K Projection is achieved via e-shift5 and MPC image processor. This technology shifts sub-frames by more than the ‘0.5px vertically and horizontally’ of the eShift4. Now, e-shift5 technology uses totally new algorithms to realise a vivid boost in diagonal detection thus accomplishing even more complex definition and greater image quality.

HDCP 2.2 and HDR

This projector complies with the latest HDMI/HDCP 2.2 standard to enable full spec 4K signal input up to 4K60P 4:4:4. The projector shifts to HDR mode upon receiving HDR10 signals. To support copyright content like OTT video and UHD Blu-ray, X7900 conforms to the latest HDMI / HDCP 2.2 spec.

Colour Management

A six-axis colour gamut allows specific modification of vibrancy, hue and saturation. RCI has been upgraded for a more accurate colour reproduction with a novel colour filter able to facilitate the DCI colour space for exceptional realistic images.

Ultimate Dynamic Contrast

Using a 265w NSH high-output lamp, the X7900 is able to achieve contrast ratios of 13000:1 (native) and 1300000:1 (ultimate) with an impressive 1900 lumen brightness. D-ILA allows for smoother and more dynamic images with a minimal gap between pixel for efficient light usage. This enables vivid and rich 4K HD video even in rooms where viewing is not ideal.

Low Latency Mode

For PC and games consoles, X7900 has an enhanced Low Latency Mode ensuring a faster response. When active, high-bandwidth content (4K, 10-12bit) is not compressed giving a high-grade video performance free from deterioration no matter what the source.

Industry Certified Projector

This projector is accredited with THX 3D Display Certification pledging an ability to accurately replicate picture quality at home for both 2D and 3D content. This proves the projector has passed more than 400 rigorous laboratory tests to evaluate its colour accuracy, cross-talk, viewing angles and video processing.

Pixel Adjust

Pixel Adjust exactly corrects colour variation in 1/16-pixel segments. It splits the whole screen into 121 points which are discretely adjusted to achieve a clearer video. The memory holds up to two settings. The modes are compatible with the latest models offered by the world’s major screen manufacturers.

Multi-Pixel Control

X7900 uses original high-performance image processing technology, Multiple Pixel Control. Through adoption of a new analysis algorithm, the MPC is capable of more accurate diagonal-detection between frames for both full HD and full 4K resolution signals, delivering a thoroughly immersive high definition 4K image. MPC attains ultimate 4K standard through handling images in a heightened frequency for exceptional bearing and bokeh.

Auto Calibration

An optical sensor enables concise calibration in a few simple steps to compensate the change of optics caused by varied installations. Auto-Calibration heightens all crucial elements from colour level, gamma traits through to colour space and tracking.
