Product Description

JVC DLA-X7500 D-ILA 4K Home Cinema Projector features enhanced brightness and contrast with 1900lm brightness, new 265W High-Power Lamp and dynamic contrast ratio of 1,300,000:1.

Two full speed 18Gbps HDMI inputs with HDCP 2.2 provide a brilliant 4K UHD pictures, HDR and 4:4:4 colour sampling.

Upgrades

The older DLA-X7000 has been upgraded with 1900 lumen brightness, 1,300,000:1 Dynamic contrast ratio and 130,000:1 Native contrast ratio achieved with the original D-ILA device and a new 265W High-Power Lamp coupled with Narrow Pixel Gap for enhanced brightness and contrast.

In addition to this, there are many technological advancements including new low-latency and auto-detect HDR Picture modes as well as motion enhance technology for fast moving scenes.

The projector switches automatically to HDR picture mode when HDR10 signals are received for easy reproduction. Low Latency mode suppresses display delay for a faster response when receiving signals from PC and game consoles. It is compatible with Hybrid Log-Gamma for broadcasting.

Calibration

The Auto-Calibration Function uses an optical sensor and is capable of optimising essential elements in the image including colour balance, gamma characteristics, colour space and colour tracking. 12-point manual gamma adjustment is included in Auto-Calibration Software.

Clear Motion

Clear Motion Drive is a 120Hz high speed display process which is designed to improve video with rapid movement. The detection interpolation technology has been enhanced through high precision algorithms lending compatibility with signals up to 4K60P 4:4:4. Moving images are reproduced without ghosting or afterimage issues. Motion Enhance technology reduces residual images and blurring that are often found in fast-moving images by controlling the drive of D-ILA devices.

4K e-Shift4

4K resolution (3840 x 2160) is achieved with e-shift 4 Technology including Multiple Pixel Control image processor. To deliver immersive high-definition 4K images, Multiple Pixel Control has been improved with a new analysis algorithm capable of more accurate diagonal-detection between frames for full HD and 4K resolution signals. JVC creates a separate A and B frame from the original 4K data with no interpolation. The correct pixels are selected for each frame and B frames are shifted down over ½ a pixel creating four 4K sub-pixels in the space of one HD pixel.

Pixel Adjust

Pixel Adjust function allows user to precisely correct colour deviation in 1/16-pixel increments; It also segments the screen into 121 points for individual adjustment. The projector detects the original resolution, analyses the data by frame and pixel then selectively applies detail enhancement, dynamic contrast and smoothing in the 4K scaling process.  Two customised settings can be stored in the memory

Intelligent Lens

JVC offers the highest Native Contrast in the industry. Intelligent Lens Aperture opens or closes to provide deeper blacks or brighter whites, as needed for a particular scene. The level of performance it offers would not be possible without the outstanding Native Contrast that JVC offers as a foundation.

3D Enabled

JVC uses a Frame Sequential Method that provides a full 1920 x 1080 resolution to each eye without crosstalk and flicker. THX 3D Display Certification ensures the precise reproduction of picture quality in 2D and 3D content, just as the original filmmaker envisioned. ISF C3 Certified Calibration Controls reproduces excellent picture quality optimised for specific environments. Wireless transmission options for 3D viewing include RF (radio frequency) system transmission with PK-AG3 3D Glasses for 100H continuous operation and PK-EM2 3D Synchro Emitter.

Lens Memory

Lens memory (10 memories) makes it possible to maintain a constant viewing height with various aspect ratios. Movies can be viewed at the same height as network programming, but with an expanded width for a more engaging experience.

Lens Design

With an 100" wide screen, 2x zoom enables setups between 11 to 23 feet. The lens shift enables far more flexibility as it easily moves the projection horizontally or vertically so it does not need to be perfectly centred with the screen. DLA-X7500 features a motorised lens cover that opens and closes in sync with the power to protect against dust. Easy, trouble-free operation is available via the remote control even if the projector is installed on the ceiling.

Color Management

Original Real Colour Imaging Technology has adopted a new filter capable of covering the DCI (digital cinema initiatives) colour space for true-to-the-source beautiful 4K images. In addition to the ordinary 6-axis matrix; the seventh matrix for orange is included. The CMS provides precise adjustment of hue, saturation and brightness to allow accurate calibration. The orange axis pinpoints the colour spectrum for skin tones. 136 Screen adjustment modes enable users to select the best mode for more natural and balanced colour reproduction.

System Control

DLA-X7500 has a user-friendly, ergonomic remote with full illumination. It also offers a 12V trigger for use with either a motorised screen or an anamorphic lens. RS-232 and LAN connections support advanced system integrations. Full remote control of the projector is enabled via Android and iOS smart devices when connected to a wireless router.
