Before Despatch

Depending on the stock availability and demand, we have several progression statuses. To check the status of your order up to the point of leaving our warehouse, please have your login details ready and click the button below - My Account and then Order History.

After Despatch

When we despatch your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail containing a tracking number. Most packages ship by Royal Mail, DPD, TNT or DHL.

Check order tracking below by clicking on the courier's name. Make sure to enter the tracking number without spaces at beginning or end.

If our shipping confirmation e-mail does not contain a tracking number, please e-mail service@audioaffair.co.uk to check the status of your order if it does not arrive within the specified time.
