Product Description
Graham Slee's Gram Amp 2 special edition (SE) is an updated version of the original Gram Amp 2, a stunning, mini-sized phono stage designed to get the best performance from your turntable and moving magnet cartridge. An even more musical and revealing phono stage than the original, with incredible space and dynamics. Many reviewers have been blown away by its abilities, suggesting that it offers performance on par with phono stages costing several times as much.
The upgrades are a result of Graham Slee's 'phase integrity' research, including increased internal power unit and superior voltage regulation. This allows more of the original signal to reach the output stage, with less of the transference, noise and distortions apparent on 'lesser' phono stages.
Hand built in England, the Gram Amp 2 SE is a truly musical and revealing phono stage, with performance that will likely inspire you to rediscover your vinyl collection.

Press Reviews
- 'Out of the box, this has a very 'analogue' sound that's almost valve-like in its nature.' Hi-Fi Choice Magazine 2014
- 'The Slee's bass is very impressive... Overall, the Gram Amp offers a level of musical enjoyment beyond what its price tag suggests. Instead of being overly analytical, its warmer and more relaxed in nature, which will float many analogue lovers' boats' Hi-Fi Choice Magazine 2014
- 'It immediately gets to work with the layered percussion, surrounding it with plenty of air and binding its beat together, so that notes follow on from each other cohesively, facilitating the flow of music. It doesn't force proceedings and instead lets the musical detail do the talking to get your attention. The way the piano notes are given time and space to ring effortlessly within the soundstage is really quite captivating.' Hi-Fi Choice Magazine 2014
