Product Description
Audio Desk Systeme Vinyl Cleaner Pro X is the latest improved version of the original model. It’s upgraded design makes this unit a much more effective at cleaning records, in only 5 minutes.
Improvements
The improvements on the Vinyl Cleaner Pro X include a better drying process, improved drive motor, a pump with ceramic bearings and an electrical control. The level window is now rinsed with water and there is a better outlet for faster emptying. All these upgrades translate to better performance with greater reliability.
Simple Process
The process of cleaning your records is very simple. You insert the record in the machine and activate it with the red button. When the LED is green, the process is finished and the vinyl can be removed.
5-Minute Cleaning Process
The Vinyl Cleaner Pro X is a completely automatic model that cleans records, in only 5 minutes, using ultrasonic vibrations. Purpose-built cleaning pads made from microfibre move in opposite ways while a dedicated ultrasonic system removes dust, dirt and grease from the grooves. The cleaning solution is filtered fully to prevent recontamination. Dual high-performance fans ensure your LP ends the cycle flawlessly dry and ready to play.
Why the Vinyl Cleaner Pro?
Audio Desk Systeme’s Vinyl Cleaner Pro X differs from the standard brush processes found in other cleaning machines, it can often lead to dirt being forced even deeper into the grooves or worse, cause damage the LP. The Audio Desk Vinyl Cleaner Pro X relies on counter-rotating wet cleaning microfibre barrels, and the ultrasonic process, for the thorough removal of dirt, even the dirt sitting deep within the grooves are cleaned.
Entirely Static Free
With the Vinyl Cleaner Pro X both sides of the LP are cleaned and then dried at the same time, which assures a reduced noise with no static, unlike conventional cleaning machines that uses a generated vacuum-seal, which can decrease power of the vacuum and loud vacuum cleaner-like noise.
Cleaning and Care
The cleaning fluid is designed specifically for the Vinyl Cleaner Pro X and substitutes alcohol for a mild biodegradable mix, which has exceptional cleansing and anti-static properties to prevent damage to the vinyls. One container of cleaning fluid concentrate is enough to clean approximately 100-200 LPs.
Please Note
The standard grey finish is usually available to ship within 2-3 days if not in stock but the other colours may take up to 7-14 days depending on availability.

Given that the price of original vinyl is going up and up this machine is an investment in your collection.
If you have a 2500 LP collection for £1.00 per record you can improve it's current condition and keep it in that state permanently.
OK we don't all have 2500 LP's, but for even 500 LP's works out at £5 each, way below the replacement cost of most recordings.
I've been playing vinyl for 50 years now, and have always looked after my records. But time and use takes it's toll. Run them once or twice through this machine and the difference is there to be heard.
A must for all serious vinyl users! -

I got the Audio Desk Systeme Record Cleaner around 1 month ago and have now cleaned (or rather recleaned) around 250 records so far.
I can confirm that the machine is excellent and cleans the records superbly – also, if you like ‘contraption’ type machines then look no further! As has been noted on other reviews I have seen online, the record will often (but not always) need a kickstart when starting the process and the fan is louder than I expected.
You do need to be careful when extracting the record to ensure you don’t wipe the dry record on the wet rollers – necessitating another drying cycle!
The only other thing is that it is not obvious that the ultrasonic cleaner is doing its thing – I was expecting bubbles but don’t really see any or the usual high pitched noise from industrial ultrasonic cleaners, albeit much quieter. Instead there no noise like that but you can see a small transducer at the bottom of the cleaning chamber that glows when the machine is running – so I assume that’s it.
Finally, the usual ‘no association’ with either Glass or Audio Affair. Will close this review by saying that Audio Affair did their usual excellent job and provided an all round first class service – even getting things delivered truly ‘next day’ which can be a challenge living in Northern Scotland!
