The QED WM17 is a useful wall mountable stereo speaker switch (for connection in series), for using two pairs of speakers with a single amplifier. You can switch between each pair independently or drive both pairs at the same time.

This switch connects in series, which will ensure that speaker loading remains constant (for example, if you use two pairs of 8 ohm speakers, the load will be constant at 8ohms), which protects your amplifier from potential damage. However, this switch does not quite offer the sound quality of a parallel switch - if sound quality is paramount, we recommend using the QED WM15.

Screw cable connection. Requires back box of at least 44mm depth. This should never be used in the same back box as a mains powered device or switch.
