The Pro-Ject Essential is an award winning turntable, offering sound and build quality previously unheard of at this price allowing you to rediscover your vinyl again - available in black (pictured), red or white. What do you get for your money? The Essential features everything you could ask for in a hi-fi quality turntable on a budget.

The Essential includes a pre-fitted and aligned Ortofon OM3E cartridge and stylus (worth £35). No adjustment is required, meaning you can start enjoying vinyl almost straight from the box. Other features include a solid MDF plinth, thick MDF platter, well-engineered bearing and newly designed uni-pivot aluminium tonearm, designed to give the best possible sound from your records.

The Essential offers a smooth, warm, vinyl sound with crisp treble and powerful bass.
