The Balanced Isolator Source is a complete system isolator that is used between the mains and a Power Strip or Source for highest possible quality mains isolation. It features fully isolated output power, true balanced power for ultimate noise reduction and distortion elimination, and an integrated KE-SNS noise suppression module.

Inside the chassis is a huge, isolated, precision wound toroidal transformer that will sustain loads of up to 2000W of continuous power. This type of transformer has several benefits over standard (block) transformers, for example, it dissipates less heat and is therefore more efficient. It is smaller in size and weighs less than half of an ordinary transformer of the same power. importantly this results in a lower radiation field.

Sonically the most important benefit of the Balanced Isolator Source is a cleaner, purer and more powerful sound. The transformer also adds extra power to your sound due to the inductive energy storage and very low impedance ensuring that your system works to its dynamic best.
