When you're investing in high end hi-fi, you need a retailer who can offer the advice, time, discretion and comfortable demo facilities necessary in making such an important purchase. That's where we come in.

Putting together an excellent system isn't about collecting well reviewed products; it's about finding a synergy between components. Whether you prefer solid state, valve, vinyl, CD, streaming audio, a combined AV/music system or pure two channel, you can listen to the options in our showroom and let your ears make the decisions. Even if you know nothing about hi-fi, we can sit you in front of a selection of systems and you can hear what's possible.

We're in this business because we love hi-fi, so whether it takes 1 demo or 20, we offer a comfortable "take your time" approach to high end that allows you the time and comfort needed to be sure you're making the right decision.

Most equipment demonstrations are arranged in our boutique showroom (read more) by appointment. We can also offer home demos and our sales manager travels the length and breadth of the UK for home visits at your convenience.

We offer a free installation service on most high end purchases. In these cases, we visit your home with the equipment in an Audio Affair vehicle (rather than by courier), set-up your system and help with any questions, all free of charge.
