How Do I order?
Find the item(s) you'd like by searching or browsing on the left and then add them to your virtual "Shopping Basket" by clicking "Add" or "Add to Basket" on each item. When you've added all the items you want, click "View Basket" on the right and enter your details to order.
If you are a new customer, you will need to enter your details, which only takes a moment and ensures we have correct contact details. You can then pay by debit card, credit card, Paypal, or select to pay by Cheque or Postal Order. When your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. We also send an e-mail to confirm when your order ships.
Can I order by phone?
Yes. If you are calling from a UK landline, call us on 0844 50 403 50 (local rate) and press option 1. If you are calling from a mobile phone, it may be cheaper to call our standard number 0121 224 7300. If you are calling from outside the UK, please call 0044 121 224 7300.
Our phone lines can get quite busy, so if you get the answerphone, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon possible.
All prices include FREE UK delivery (including Northern and Southern Ireland). This doesn't mean we scrimp and save on our courier though. All large packages are sent by DPD (Interlink Express) on an insured, next day service. Smaller items ship by Royal Mail recorded.
Deliveries outside the UK are charged at a discount rate which is shown by the shopping cart when you place your order. For orders placed from countries within the EEC, your order includes 20% VAT. For orders placed from countries outside the EEC, our shopping cart will remove VAT at 20%.
Is Delivery Safe?
We understand that ordering expensive items online requires trust and a safe and reliable delivery service. We have negotiated the best possible contracts with DPD and Parcelforce to ensure your order is sent with the proper insurance and delivered with care. How Do We Pack Your Order?
Our shipping team is fully trained in packing your order extremely well for safe delivery, using professional boxes, mailers, bubble wrap, packing bits and strong parcel tape. Delicate items such as LPs are shipped using special 'cruciform' mailers (see a description of how we pack LPs). If you have any questions or special requirements, please contact us.
What Happens If There is a Problem?
It rarely happens, but if you receive an item which looks like it has been damaged in transit, please sign for the item as "unchecked" and contact us as soon as possible. If your item has a fault on delivery, please contact us and we can arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
If your item develops a fault within warranty at a later date, please contact us for a replacement or repair (please see our terms and conditions). Customer services will do everything possible to remedy any situation such as this. For the fastest response, please e-mail them at email@example.com.
