Cyrus Audio XP2 QX (available in brushed black or quartz and on 0% finance with or without the N-Remote) is Cyrus's top of the range award winning streamer, the highest performer in our range and the first to get Cyrus V2 streaming module. A preamplifier, DAC and HD streaming system in a single half size unit die-cast pressure chassis.

From the beginning of the development of Cyrus digital streamers, this is the model they dreamt of launching. It includes all the most advanced streaming technology, with the superb Qx DAC, this streamer will make your system come alive! Better, more controlled, bass and higher frequencies are what the Qx DAC delivers and when combined with high resolution 24-bit downloaded music, this system sounds, simply, as good as hi-fi gets. While many of the Press already regard Cyrus’ streaming platform as the best sounding, the advances we have included in the V2 platform take full advantage of the outstanding performance possible from the Qx DAC circuitry.

Technically, Cyrus 2nd generation streaming platform now adds ALAC (Apple lossless) and 24-bit/192kHz file compatibility to the long list of advanced streaming abilities within the Stream XP platform. This model was designed to allow the most demanding customers to build a state-of-the-art system around advanced preamp, DAC and streamer.

Three Cyrus performance levels

Cyrus products are designed into three ranges 6, 8 and X series. The integrated amplifiers span 6 and 8 series to allow you to select exactly the features and performance for budget and system design, safe in the knowledge there are options available in future. The 8 series models can all connect with a PSX-R that will add both detail and dynamics to the amplifiers performance. There are even options to upgrade to the highest performance X Series. If you buy from 6 series or 8 series and you decide to upgrade, just call us. We'll quote you for the upgrade and make the necessary arrangements!
