First rate phones

I bought these to partner my Cown X7 DAP and they are still burning in but first impressions have been excellent.

They are light and sit comfortably on my head for long listening periods with only the leather ear pads causing some discomfort if my ears get too hot. The cable is a good length and I have not noticed any microphonics if the cable is brushed or caught.

The carry case that the phones come in is very handy and I can store the player in their too with no problems.

But of course, sound quality is where these phones are at. Right from the off I have noticed a clean, dynamic sound and a level of detail that I have not always noticed before. I expect this to improve as the phones burn in some more.

The Cowon has not struggled to drive these phones and the level of isolation is good so I am not having to turn the volume up high in order to hear anything.
